At BOXSTAR, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Below is our detailed shipping policy for all orders placed on our store.

🚚 1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes in India, including major metros, tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

📦 3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on most products

  • COD Orders: No Additional  fee apply

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be visible at checkout before payment.

📍 5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner

  • Live tracking link

You can track your shipment anytime through our Order Tracking page.

📦 6. Packaging & Safety

All items are packed securely using multi-layer protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Fragile items receive extra cushioning during packing.

❗ 7. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Email us within 48 hours at boxstar.store@gmail.com

  • Attach photos/videos of:

    • The package

    • The product

    • The shipping label

We will arrange free replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

🚫 8. Undeliverable / Returned Orders

If the courier cannot deliver due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Non-payment (COD)

The order will be returned to us.
Re-shipping may require an extra charge.

🔁 9. International Shipping

Currently, BOXSTAR does not ship outside India.
